Staci's Wedding Continued

Hi Bloggers,

This bridesmaid was moisturized with a cream for oily skin and Mac studio fix was applied as the foundation. Her eyelids were primed with urban decay primer potion as a base. Half of the eyelid color was woodwinked (Mac color) while the remainder of the eye consisted of a NYX green color. I applied in the crease area the color called embark (Mac color). The eyes was highlighted in the brow bone with a light matte color from Coastal Scents. Black eyeliner was applied to the upper part of the eyelid and eyes were completed with lashes. A Rose color was applied to the cheeks and plain lip gloss was added to the lips.

The Brides mother did not wear alot of makeup at all. She requested a natural look. I used moisturizing cream for dry skin and Mac studio fix foundation. The eyelids was primed with urban decay primer potion. A Mac bronze color was applied to the lid along with a light brown color in the crease. Era (Mac color) was used as the highlight. To brighten up her eyes a black eyeliner was applied to the waterline as well as black mascara. A light rose color was applied to her cheeks. A light red lip gloss was added to the lips.

This lovely lady is one of Staci's bridesmaids. This look was created by using Mac studio fix for foundation. I used a clinique light brown color for the base. A gold color was applied to the lid and an embark was applied to the crease. A matte color was used as the highlight and the eyes were offset with a black liner and lashes. A Rose color was applied to the cheeks and a pale pink color (NYX) was used for lip gloss.

All these ladies makeup was completed with a light finishing spritz by Makeup Forever. As well a Medium tone finishing powder by IMAN.

Here are the overall looks after these lovely ladies were fully dressed.

Staci's Wedding

Hi Bloggers,

I had the pleasure of doing the makeup for Staci and her wedding party in May. The wedding took place in the heart of downtown Chicago. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful bride. The bride wanted something a little different and a look she had not worn before. I decided to give her a smoky eye look. For starters, I went with a pure white base, then applied grey over the lid. For the final layer of the look I went with black in the crease w. A touch of brown also applied to the crease was used to offset the dark colors. To accent the eye, I went with a single layer of eyelashes. A rosie pink was used as the blush for the cheeks. To complete the look I used a nude lipgloss and finishing powder to set the overall look.
